I apologize, I forgot to specifically mention that I running am I running 32bit i Ubuntu It is in the 'uname -a' kernel version output but didn't explicitly call that out. I tried it again today and still didn't work. I figured out the issue why it is not working after looking at the manual install instructions because the package is a 64bit package.
A 64bit package will never install on a 32bit system. I copied this from the manual download steps from the install instructions to point out that this a 64bit amd64 package.
We don't have a bit i package or build. I'm going to close this and can you file a new issue that asks for a new feature supporting i Perhaps ca-certificates should be added to our package, but it's not a direct dependency. The other two packages are required for setup of the package and therefore there is no use adding them to the package.

Yes try writing sudo apt-get update This will download the source package list. I have run into this issue too. I was informed that I need to download the program dependencies or the "package" before I can install the program on Ubuntu. You can try sudo apt-get update first.
I assume Apache is a third party vendor so this would be the reason Ubuntu cannot find the package. Try going to the Apache site itself and look for packages you can download and open with Ubuntu that are for Ubuntu or Linux.
